Delete your Sous Chef account

In the Sous Chef app

1. Open the Sous Chef app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The same option is in Settings on the web at app.onetablet.co.

Without the app

Email support@onetablet.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your password and any Apple or Google sign-in connected to your account.
• Your notification settings and the push notification tokens of your devices.
• Your sessions on every device.

What we keep

Your organization's business records, such as orders, menus and reports, belong to the restaurant business rather than to you personally, so they stay with the organization. Where they refer to you, they show a deleted user instead of your name. We may keep limited records when the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse, only for as long as that purpose requires.

If you are the only admin of your organization, the app asks you to contact us first so we can hand the organization to someone else or close it.
